I saw this on VN.  I am gonna throw it up on Aionic Thoughts.  This information is hard to find and should be more easily available.

People keep this stuff pretty close to their chest right now. Everyone wants an advantage at NA launch.

I'd actually prefer it not getting out. Everyone wants to go the easy route for everything and it seems to me that you're probably doing it incredibly wrong if you've got maps for zones ready. Where's the fun in not exploring and finding things yourself?

I am of this opinion as well. Part of me wants to have the knowledge so I can be prepared but the other part of me misses the wonder that I had when playing my first MMO. During my first MMO I was totally clueless of all the maps, raiding and power gaming. I discovered it all naturally and organically. I want that feeling back.

I like to know where the rifts are at.  It lets me know where to find them when I want to go to the enemy area and where to expect the enemy to come.  What I WON'T do is memorize their time schedule.  I'll just hear "Portal open in such and such" and I'll know where those portals open at instead of not being able to take advantage of them because I never knew where to look.

Keen I do not know where you got the maps and if they are from the very latest patch of the game, but apparently rift and player number allowed are inverse proportional for quite some time already.

Except the Rift behind Eltnen Fortress for example the rifts now allow the more players to pass the lower and closer their level cap is to the area they appear. I was talking about rifts with a guy who played Lineage 2 and Aion already in Korea yesterday and he said the locations are exact, but not the level caps and numbers. He also told me that we are testing an old version of the game (1.0x apparently) and that some penalties for invaders are not yet implemented.
